A World Not Built
A World Not Built for Us is a project that explores the social isolation faced by children with disabilities or physical differences and its impact on their childhood development. The project delves into the difficulty of accessing support and understanding, highlighting how some of their fundamental needs are often overlooked, as well as the profound impact on their families. We follow the stories of Joel, an incredible artist and writer with autism; brothers Toby and Harry, who navigate their relationship while both living with hearing loss; and Abigail, who dreams of becoming a world-renowned shot putter while living with achondroplasia dwarfism.
